As an agency, we tend to be very Client driven in the way in which we
work, taking a vacancy from a client and then searching for candidates with the right experience and
qualifications for that position.
We search for candidates by advertising positions on a large number of
online job-boards, selected depending on the type of vacancy and the location of that vacancy; so you will
see our ads appearing on most of the major job-boards.
We make the commitment to reply to every application that we receive in
order that candidates know what is happening with their application.
We conduct telephone interviews at a mutually convenient time to help
preselect candidates for the positions that we are recruiting for.
We search online recruitment databases for suitable candidates as well
as searching our own database of candidates who are already registered with us.
We work on a confidential basis with most of our clients so
unfortunately are unable to give the names of companies when you first apply for
