We search for candidates by advertising positions on a large number of online job-boards, selected depending on the type of vacancy and the location of that vacancy; so you will see our ads appearing on most of the major job-boards as well as on this site.
We make the commitment to reply to every application that we receive in order that candidates know what is happening with their application.
We conduct telephone interviews at a mutually convenient time to help preselect candidates for the positions that we are recruiting for.
We search online recruitment databases for suitable candidates as well as searching our own database of candidates who are already registered with us.
We work on a confidential basis with most of our clients so unfortunately are unable to give the names of companies when you first apply for positions.
Once you have secured an interview with one of our clients we will brief you thoroughly on the vacancy and the company to help you prepare for interview.
The briefing will include a full job description, background to the role, details of the company including location and links to a map as well as the names of the people who will be interviewing and some notes on the interview style.
We are a small agency with limited resources so we focus those resources on our current list of vacancies and on finding new positions. We will keep you informed of progress
