Our client is a quickly expanding and ambitious Database Managed Services provider who are based in Sandiacre. Due to on-going marketing campaigns and continued growth we are looking for candidates for an IT Telemarketing role to maximise the opportunities created by successful marketing campaigns.
We are seeking confident, motivated and target driven candidates who enjoy working in an outbound environment. Candidates from a similar background are preferred, however, we will consider candidates who are seeking their first step into IT sales.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress into an Internal Sales role.
Working from data on the CRM system
Qualifying information and establishing contact with IT decision makers
Building rapport and developing conversations
Passing leads to the internal sales teams
Working to KPI’s and targets
• Track Record in Sales/Telesales/Internal Sales/Customer Service
• Understand KPI's and Targets
• Seasoned outbound caller
• B2B experience
• Worked in Telesales/Internal Sales/Contact Centre or similar background
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Target driven
• Motivated and positive
• Able to build rapport quickly
• PC Literate
Our client offers a good basic salary of £18-20 k with an ote circa £28k. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and the role is working within a small sales team.
