They are looking to appoint a new customer services coordinator to join their busy team
Working in friendly, open plan offices you will work closely with your allocated field sales representative to deliver a first-class customer experience, taking orders by phone and email, placing and updating orders and keeping clients involved of progress whilst working with other internal departments to ensure that all orders are sent out in a timely manner.
The role will require good communication skills with the ability to manage your own time and prioritise your workload.
