Job Description

Our client is from within a light engineering / manufacturing environment and is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a team of three to help maintain high levels of customer service and to drive the business forward.

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Producing and sending out quotes
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Dealing with the order through to delivery
  • Providing administrative support to the site engineers and sales team

 

This is a busy and varied role and the ideal candidate will have a background in a technical customer service / sales environment and be used to advising clients on suitability of parts, however training will be provided. Most important is a passion for Customer Service excellence.
