Our client, working from modern open plan offices in Nottingham, is a leading provider of Natural Healthcare products. Established for over twenty years, they are a leading name in their market. Historically they have built a huge base of satisfied customers through direct mail, advertising and by promoting their products online. They also have a small team of people available to advise on products on the phone.
Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to recruit an additional inbound sales advisor to join the team and focus on providing first class customer service to their established client base.
You will be receiving calls from members of the public with enquiries about the company’s range of products including, natural pain relief, joint treatments, skin care products and a range of other natural remedies.
- Check the suitability of the product by developing the conversation.
- Upsell and cross sell products from the company’s extensive range of natural remedies
- Diarise future call backs to account manage relationship with the customer
A large proportion of the people you will be talking to will be older people so the ability to build rapport and show empathy is essential. Although you will be working to targets and KPI’s it is essential that you balance sales with customer service, ensuring that the product sold is right for the individual and their condition.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00 – 5.00 and Friday 9.00 – 4.00. The company offers a competitive salary of £16000 with a generous uncapped bonus scheme (ote £22-23k uncapped) , workplace pension and 23 days holiday per year.
