Our client based in Nottingham provide a range of Washroom services including Offensive Waste and Hazardous Waste Collection. From their offices in Nottingham they cover an area that takes in the East Midlands and Parts of Yorkshire.
Due to ongoing development of the sales team they require a New Business Field Sales Executive to sell their range of products and services such as air fresheners, commercial hand dryers, sanitary bins, floor protection matting, soap dispensers and water saving managers. to a variety of businesses within their area
The area covered will include North Nottingham, Mansfield, Chesterfield and up to South Sheffield and you would ideally be living within this area.
You will need to be enthusiastic, energetic and hard working as well as being a highly self-motivated individual with a genuine desire to succeed in a very competitive market.
This is an office-based role but with the majority of your time being spent in the field visiting clients. It is anticipated that you would spend around one day per week in the office. You will generate your own leads, as well as follow up on leads generated by the internal tele-sales team. Previous experience in business-to-business sales in a field-based role is essential and previous experience within the hygiene / washroom solutions and healthcare waste management would be advantageous but is not necessary as full product training can be given. The company would consider someone from a proven successful new business tele-sales background who is looking for their first field sales role
The Hygiene Sales Consultant will be responsible for achieving and exceeding their sales targets within their designated sales area.
- Responsible for the sale of washroom / hygiene equipment and healthcare waste management to commercial / business customers.
- Generating own sales leads and pipeline as well as following up on previously generated tele-sales leads.
- Basic salary of £19-25k depending on experience.
- Commission structure based on turnover ote circa an additional £8k per annum (Uncapped)
