Job Description

Our client, working from modern offices in Nottingham, is a provider of Natural Healthcare products.  Established for over twenty years, they are a leading name in their market.  Historically they have built a huge base of satisfied customers through direct mail, advertising and by promoting their products online.  They also have a small team of people available to advise on products on the phone.

Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to recruit an additional outbound sales professional to join the team and focus on developing repeat business and new business.

The role is selling direct to members of the public on the telephone.  You will be proactively calling both existing and lapsed customers to promote the company’s range of products including, natural pain relief, joint treatments, skin care products and a range of other natural remedies.

A large proportion of the people you will be calling will be older people so the ability to build rapport and show empathy is essential.   Although you will be working to targets and KPI’s it is essential that you balance sales with customer service, ensuring that the product sold is right for the individual and their condition.
