Outbound Sales Advisor / Tele-sales Executive

Our client is a leading provider of natural healthcare products selling a range which includes Joint Care, Skin Care, Men’s Health, Eye Health, Brain Function and Pain Relief. As an outbound telesales operator you will be calling existing and lapsed customers to introduce them to the products, taking orders from customers and up and cross selling relative products where applicable.  You must have an excellent telephone manner and caring attitude.

The company wants to hear from people who pride themselves on their ethical sales ability, who understand the need to sell products that benefit the customers and who want to build long term relationships with their customers with them coming back time and time again.

If you have:

  • 1 year minimum experience of outbound sales in a call centre environment?
  • Business to Consumer sales experience
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Experience of order taking/processing and up/cross selling products?
  • The ability to work to targets and KPI’s and hit them month on month?
  • An outgoing personality, be committed, enthusiastic and be self-motivated?
  • A caring attitude with the ability to communicate effectively?

You will receive:

  • A base salary of 20000 per annum with the ability to earn uncapped commission on sales (OTE Expected £27k min).
  • Full and ongoing product and sales training.
  • Working hours of Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4pm.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas.
