Job Description

Are you a proactive person who enjoys developing customer relationships?  Are you experienced in up selling and cross selling? Right now, we are actively recruiting for a professional and experienced Sales Administrator for a successful food services company located in Lenton, Nottingham. Your job

 

The role is for a self-motivated person who enjoys being busy and working to deadlines. It is very customer focused and demands accurate keyboard skills.

 

  • Looking after clients within a set geographical area

  • Proactively contacting your clients, taking and processing orders

  • Dealing with incoming orders, queries and problems

  • Providing high levels of customer service

  • Problem solving

  • Making clients aware of alternative and extra lines

  • Hours are Mon to Fri 8.00am – 5.00pm

 

Job Requirements

  • Previous Sales / Sales administration or Customer Service experience

  • Proactive and able to work to targets and KPI’s

  • Good knowledge of computers and MS Office suite

  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
