Job Description

Our client is a leading name within the IT industry providing Managed Database Services to a range of clients from SME’s to large Blue Chip corporations.  They work from modern offices in Sandiacre and, due to ongoing expansion, are looking to appoint a Service Delivery Executive / Proactive Sales Administrator to act as a liaison between the sales team and clients ensuring that clients receive outstanding service throughout the sales process and implementation of contracts. 


Working with staff from Sales, Technical and Implementation teams you will act as first line support to all new clients as they go through the contract implementation process specifically:

  • Overall Job Process Coordination

  • Sales Invoicing & consultancy tracker management

  • Customer Relationship Management (adhoc consultancy and service contracts)

  • Sales Administration - Ticketing / Statements of Acceptance chasing / Statement of works and Signature management

  • Scheduling

  • Customer auditing procedure

  • Supporting account managers with all general sales administration - document production / purchase order requests & matching (billable), credit coontrol

  • Renewal generation

  • CRM data management / upkeep

  • Product Logistics

  • Work in line with ISO 27001:2013


The successful candidate will already be working within a sales administration / customer service environment and be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills.  Experience of dealing with complex situation for clients is essential.  You must have excellent IT and administration skills.  Technical understanding of Oracle and MS SQL would be useful but is not essential as full training will be given.
